The child abuse is increasing dramatically day by day. Child abuses and neglect are serious public health problem; it has long term impact. According to studies, it’s number is increasing every day. Our mission is to eliminate child abuse. Therefore, we are conducting awareness classes for children in many schools about child abuse and make them educate. We Enhance primary care, Conducting Behavioural parental training programmes and counselling sessions. If we notice any violence, we will report it to the government immediately and help will have sought and maximum punishment will be given to the accused. Remember today's children are tomorrow’s generation. Their protection is our duty.

ADVResistance against domestic violence

Domestic violence is a violence committed by someone in the victim's domestic circle. It is a gruesome crime that also causes a number of death. Eradicating it from society is our main goal. We started developing leadership school policies and coordination method, we are collecting datas on violence and monitoring changes overtime and prevent violence through curriculum based activities. We take sudden response to violence when it happens, involve parents and community in violence prevention activities. All of us evaluate violence prevention activities using evidence to strengthen.

addiction is matter of major concern. A large number of people are taking drugs losing lives. The Kerala excise department alone registered 31,607 under narcotic drugs in the last five years since 2017. An estimated 11.2 million people use drugs in India, most addicted are between 18- 35. So there is need to raising awareness for preventing drug addiction. Therefore, we aim to focus preventive education, conduct counselling classes against to this addiction, awareness generation, identification, treatment and rehabilitation of drug department person. In work place, we help to create culture of fairness and inclusion, trying to eliminate caste difference, ensuring all staffs equally appropriate diversity and inclusion training, identify and prevent unconscious basis. And makes sure that the measures are in placed to completely suppress inequality in our society. We are willing to help those who are facing inequality in various ways.

Skill development is an essential component for everyone. It helps a person to demonstrate competence in any field. Skill development is the important part of our activities. Various programs are organized as part of this. One the job training is the greatest way to acquire and master new skill. E-learning and webinars were organizing for this purpose, Coaching with vlogs and books, Vacation Camp and specialized training are also being conducted. Along with that training classes for students of various professions, special camp for capacity building, scholarship programs, internship programs etc.

We guide many carrier fair. It is for getting employment for the job seekers by conducting the meeting with the employers and recruiters. We are conducting job fair under our organization for +2 girls to get existing opportunity, general public job fairs Etc. It helps the students and society for getting multiple possibilities for job/ internship, public speaking confidence, teaching the talks to people in industry to get it know the competition etc. We are always striving to get the best possible job for the people according to their qualification.

R tree foundation meet corporates and shares the profile. Afterward, they grant funds after evaluating our profile and portfolio. We collect such CSR funds and then utilize for social welfare services. Through this, R tree can do a lot of social welfare work. We Conduct programs related to Socially and environmentally conscious investments, receiving corporate policies that benefit the environment, employment enhancing vocational skills, social business projects, improving labor policies, promotion of education, virtual volunteering, etc. as well as take action related to environmental conservation, gender equality, and women empowerment.
